Interesting read and I can say I enjoyed it! Rebecca would do anything to get what she wanted. Can't wait to see what happens in part 2
Nice read! I scan say I enjoyed this book. It's starts off with drama and ends with it. I loved how we knew the background to the top characters, with the exception of Becca. She seem to play a very large roll in all the drama. With her letting money take over her as her doing some very devious things such as planning to hurt (kill) her husband for the insurance money. She seems to use her beauty to get men to fall for her. Meeting both Bradley and Trey at a yacht party she sets her plan to get the one she believes she can get the most out of , and with Trey having such a big heart he falls for her. That doesn't stop her from still being "friendly"with Bradley. With both Trey and Bradley playing for the NFL Becca wants Bradley"Killer quarterback "to hit Trey and end his career and she can collect on an insurance policy only thing is 2 days before the big game Trey and his parents are in a major car accident killer his parents and ending his football career.
With Trey not being able to play he needs to find employment and he does at a radio station where he learns his first love Kayla is one of the producer. Kayla was my favorite from the time she came in to the book she seems so laid back and chill. Her and Trey were high school sweethearts and things fell apart when he went off to play ball. Neither one ever got over each and once they see each other those feelings come full force. Kayla wanted to get back with her first love,but she didn't know she would be fighting for her life because his crazy wife wants both them dead. Trey fails to tell her he is married and one night after hanging out they take it to another level.
While soaking in the bliss of their reunion they don't see the crazy wife(Becca) following them leave the office after work. Things go down hell after that.
After a fight for their life they think things are ok until they are informed that Becca is once again on the loose. I can't wait to see how all this plays out.
Overall the book was amazing. I only have 4 stars instead of five was due to the dragging out of the scenes,such has Trey and Kayla reunited at the radio station.also not getting the background of Becca and her being a major key in the book.
A good read, Love the cover which fits the story within. Synopsis also does a good job both describing the story and fitting the story and the cover. Story is well written with a scattered pace. Characters are likable, but needed more. A little drama, some sex, with some crazy mixed in. A fast read that held my attention. Cliffhanger was expected and a little disappointing. But will read part 2 just to see the outcome.
This book had a lot going on...The story flowed very well.. Each character was developed well enough to understand their story well except for Rebecca... She is a little mysterious to me as far as who she really is.. Can't wait to get the full story in her... Sex, lies, cheating and murder... All wrapped up in 1 book...I can say that there was some moments I was like really...wow... From page one it starts off with some drama and keeps feeding you more as you keep reading.... Rebecca is married to Trey but she just can't seem to remain sane.. The extent of things she does and all for money is just outrageous... She thought that because she was married to Trey she was set because he was a football player.. However even then she was not happy.. She was still plotting on how to get more money... No one is safe from her... She does nothing but sit around showing off and spending Trey's money and looking down on those that are in tge place that she use to be in... Like really girl... Trey on the other hand just seems so weak... He let her talk to him any ol way... And just all the way around run the show and call the shots...Now we also have Kayla... she is a nice sweet girl with a good job and she is really missing the love of her life Trey... He left her so that he can pursue his football career. .. She never really got over him.. She has dated other guys but they just were not Trey... With a big turn of events they were both back in the same place at the same time.. Now will the feeling still be there or is that door closed... Will Rebecca be able to deal with this new life that they are now forced to live... Man this woman is crazy... She just won't give up on her plan to be rich... She will go to any extent even as far as murder to get what she wants... Now that she has shown her true self what will happen... What... Wait a minute this girl has to much going on... I can't believe she has another plan... Will she ever give up on her plans... Poor Trey and Kayla... Will their life ever be the same... I guess we have to wait for part 2 to find out...
This book was a fantastic read! Waiting on Part II!
Loved this from cover to cover! Kept me on the edge of my seat! It was a perfect continuation of action and sensual
Wow... This book is awesome. I love the story line. Becca is something else you don't know what she is going to do next. I really enjoy Trey and Kayla story line I guarantee you will love this book.
